2018 GENERAL ELECTION INFORMATION
Voter registration deadline: October 9th, 2018
Polk County residents who are not registered to vote, but would like to participate in the November 6th General Election, have until October 9th to submit their completed voter registration form to the Elections Headquarters in Bartow or at our Operations Center in Winter Haven. You may click here for the On-Line Registration Form Link to make any changes to your records for the November 6th Election.
Voter registration forms may be downloaded click here and mailed to the Elections Office at: Supervisor of Elections, PO Box 1460, Bartow FL, 33831. You may click on the registration Form Locations link to find a location with forms near you. Registered voters are reminded to update the Elections Office of any name or address change prior to Election Day.
